Agree......there must be something else going on in the team.

Imo Younis.........one of the best batsmen ever...........Runs scored by Younis in his last six Test innings, including a duck in this. His scores - 0, 2, 1, 2, 11, 0. ????

Maybe Jennings can go and play for them.............. :cheer:

8 down now. They do so well in the UAE, India,Sri Lanka and the West Indies. They were number 1 leading into last months tests against NZ but were pathetic in NZ losing both tests. They seem to have a brain freeze when they play on quicker wickets with genuine pace

I saw the spike. The rest of the english team saw the spike, the whole world saw the spike... But its Root, so it must of been a technical glitch ;) suprised he never reffered the referral...

I think they will still lose when it comes to the day tests, but will be a little more competitve with the bat. The pink ball is moving around alot, coupled with pace and bounce off the wicket they really not used to. The red ball wont swing around as much for aslong... much like us when we were playing against india on those low, ripping surfaces in the sub continent...
