If the Proteas can get to around 440 then there is no way that the Aussies can win this match and the worse that the Proteas can get is a draw. Well on course just no silly shots and that should be achievable

170/2 and these 2 guys looks untroubled by these aussie bowlers.i reckon if AB is still at the wicket after tea,he will put these bowlers to the sword in the final session.

Before a ball was bowled in this series i predicted a 4-0 Aussie win. I could have not been further off the mark. SA have really turned up in the 2nd test and now in this match. Du Plessis owes the team at least a 50 as does de Kock. Philander will always take wickets at Newlands and hopefully he will bag at least 8 in the match.

stunning collapse by out Proteas,but i still think we have enough runs to play with.it really all depends on Warner and Smith and if we can get them out cheaply.out bowlers need to come to the party and bowl them out for less than 250 and the aussies will have to bat last so interesting days ahead.WE HAVE THE RUNS ON THE BOARD SO LETS SEE HOW THE AUSSIES GO IN THEIR 1ST INNINGS.

Proteas need to take at the very least a 60 run lead then add enough to give themselves around 340 runs to play with which hopefully will be enough to win the match
