I think the only country SA can knock out of the top 4 would be England, provided SA win all their remaining games and England lose theirs. Let's say both New Zealand and India finish on 9 points, and SA also finish on the same, then i think the head - to - head clashes would come into play first before net run rates, so having lost to both NZ and India, SA cannot finish above them in the standings - i think that's how it works.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Most of the captains have put up their hand and scored a century or two, made bold bowling and fielding changes, won tosses and did the right thing. All the Protea captain has done is have a hair cut and trimmed his beard

Hope they drop amla and use Rassie in his correct position - as opener.
Would be nice if we could win our last 3 matches – would give the young chaps like Rabada, Rassie and Ngidi good memories and confidence for the next World Cup

Why doesn't Faf bring on his spinner? The pitch is fairly flat and the fast bowlers are going to be hit all day.

They have pitched the ball up to extract the late swing 3 x in 10 overs and found the edge twice. What is wrong with this captain, he just stands around and is never ever pro active. If the conditions are similar when Pakistan bowl watch their quicks swing the ball
