Every week you read in the papers how wonderful the premier league is and everyday Sky and BT ram it down our throats how the premier league is the best in the world. Wrong.

Liverpool could not make it out of a group with Basle from the Swiss League

Arsenal are all but knocked out by a team that gets not more than 4k fans for their home matches and are 11 points behind the leaders

Man City wont progress as Barcelona will beat them again

Chelsea will go out at home. PSG should have won the first match by at least 3 and wont miss the chances that they did.

Spurs cant possibly get a result in Italy tonight in their 2nd leg of the Europa cup

Liverpool may just get by Besiktas (they hold a 1-0 lead)

Everton are 4-1 up against Young Boys and will add to that aggregate.

So no PL teams in the quarter finals of the Champions League
Only 1 but possibly 2 into the next round of the Europa league

Maybe the Premier League is the best to watch because of all they hype that goes with it but it certainly has not got the best teams in Europe playing in it.

It would be really funny if Luiz scores the winning goal to knock Chelsea out of the Champions League. Welbeck did it for Arsenal in the FA Cup so why not another player not wanted goes and does it again

And about 10 yellow cards
Can't wait for second half

It will not surprise me if the ref sends off a Chelsea player within 20 minutes of the 2nd half to even it out

The PSG red card was harsh as both players went for the ball and no studs were up. The disgraceful behaviour by the Chelsea players yet again trying to get a player sent off forced the refs hand.

Definate penalty which the ref bottled when Costa was brought down.
