Can't?? or backed out of the deal, not sure they need him anyway with the likes of Memphis.

oh come on Greg. Don't fall into the Memphis trap. He was very good last night but look who he played against. The Belgian league is on par with the Swedish league, Club Brugge had 5 regulars out and what has he done against Spurs and Villa? Zilch. I am afraid that when you come up against a PSG, Man City etc you are going to come very short. I like LVG as he is honest and never ever jumps out of his seat to have a go at his players or the ref but I don't believe that he has the right players to take you guys to any titles.

I never said United would win the league Chicken, so what you don't think Memphis has the talent or ability to compete against the best, if he wasn't playing for United you probably have a different opinion...
im not sure Pedro is the right player for United personally, maybe we can hijack Stones from Everton... lol

I like talking Man United to you, deeno and Englander. all three of you are realistic about them. I think that they will struggle unless they get a top notch striker as Rooney looks washed out, also need another defender or two.
With Pedro going to Chelsea and with Chelsea getting Falcao, laugh at me, I think that Costa is on his way. He has been found out by the opposition and the refs will watch him with hawk eyes from now on. He just wants to pick a fight with all the time and if he concentrated on playing he would score a hat full of goals.

watch Liverpool as well, they were poor against Bournemouth but will get better. they go to Arsenal on Monday so will see how far they have come
Everton look good as well and play Man City this weekend. Hopefully its a close race this year for the title. I though that Arsenal would win it but as you say Man City look very good. If Toure and Augerio keep their fitness then yes.

Haha My name was mentioned. Let me respond.
1. I have always said , we needed 2 defenders ( we now have Damian) and must sign a CB.
2. I didn't think a striker was necessary BUT having seen Rooney's performances thus far, I think it is imperative that we replace him. I don't think Janusaz is good enough at the moment. Hernandez is better.
3. LVG needs to play Rojo. I get the feeling that LVG is pulling another Rafael on us with regards to Rojo.
4. For me Herrera is better than Mata. If Herrera and the 2 Scheiders can feed Depay consistently, we will see goals however he needs to play with someone upfront.
BTW. Rooney plays better behind the main striker and NOT as the main striker.
We will get there... time will tell.
Finally, I agree with Greg that Arsenal and City are the real deals...anyone of 4 clubs for 3rd and 4th.

yep, Man City have signed a world class defender from Valencia, Otimandi and if they get Du Bruyn they will fly. I am sticking my neck out here and predict that the title will be only won on the 2nd last day of the season when Man City play Arsenal. I am definitely going to that match.
Herrara scores goals and complements Mata. United look better when those two play. I hope that old Louis does not read ABC otherwise I have given him an idea

@C&C
Man United have made a bid for Southamptons Mane
I saw that. ..and who is the guy that United are trying to sign but cannot because of a work permit.
