Agree a soft penalty - defender just got caught on wrong side of Real player who was looking for contact...
Young should have got a straight red for that tackle on Aguero...I got a depressed ankle bone and torn ankle ligaments from a similar tackle in a park kick-around match - not nice...

Don’t dare miss either of the semi finals as there will be plenty of goals
Hope Bayern get Madrid and Roma play Liverpool

Can't understand the surprise at another dubious decision going the way of the Galacticos.
The refs (and administrators) have always shown favour to Real Madrid in Spain and Manchester United in England.
Semi final draw will more than likely be :
Real Madrid v Roma
Liverpool v Bayern

Dave, watch the head on, Vasquez was going down before Benatia even touched him...There was no pace on the head down from Ronaldo to beat Buffon.. He was looking for it without doubt.[/quot
I've watched it many times,it's a penalty.
The only people that don't think so are Italian, blind or rugby fans

Very true Urbanite , the only people who thought that was a penalty is the ref and the closet real madrid supporters

I take it Chook has his money on Liverpool to raise the Cup, and Urbanite is punting Real Madrid
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

I think that they will reach the final no matter who they meet in the semis as their home champions league form is outstanding. , karma will self admit to the madhouse if Real win it especially if Ronaldo scores the winner.

@CP...I'm not a Real Madrid supporter but think it was a penalty - defender error that cost his team after a brilliant fight-back to get level...
Anyway, it's done now - 4 teams left to win the trophy...every team, at some stage, receive debatable decisions and even more so when playing away...

I am sorry... I just cannot admire a man (who even I will admit has talent beyond measures), but consistently tries to cheat, every single time he loses the ball..... Yes, I will stand by my statement, Ronaldo tries to cheat... I have never seen anyone who tries to convince refs they have been fouled only cause they clocked up.... I mean in the most recent International games, he took a shot, kicked the ground, missed the ball, and swore at the Ref for not giving him a penalty..... Do me a favour.... F#@K Off.....
