Lamela's goal should be a contender for goal of the season.

Its unfair to compare him to Pep. Pep is 50 years old. He is a seasoned manager. Yes, he is a great manager, but would he be the manager he is without the club funding his vision?
Anyway, that's just my thoughts. We are all still entitled to our own thoughts, for now.
Agree to a large extent...
I think @cnc is just disappointed as any supporter would be...especially from the heights Arsenal achieved in the past...Arteta is younger than me!! Given time and resources, he will get Arsenal back into challenging for the CL places...have faith...
Weirdly, both @Lionel and I had Arsenal winning 2-1...

Let's look at Pep...had a great team in their prime at Barcelona, had a great team in their prime at Bayern and has been able to source whichever player he wants to with the wealth at Man City...
A great manager is one who wins trophies and to do that you need players and money and he has been fortunate to have one / both at all the clubs he has been at...if anything, he has underachieved with the resources at his disposal...

Most football fans are their own teams biggest critics. In the past I would have had Arsenal down as a sure bet to bet Spurs at home but lately you just never know with them.

Bayern Munich player Kingsley Conan is facing a £43k fine, that’s about 900k South African for arriving at training in the wrong car. He opted to use his own motor instead of using his club provided Audi.
Audi own 8% of Bayern Munich so players are contracted to drive only Audis to and from training.

Yes, @Lionel had a brilliant week so I need to up my game...but the relegation spots have tightened up !!
Beginning to feel like EPL from 2 years ago when Man City and Liverpool were well ahead of the pack that were having their own contests...
Fulham v Leeds 2-1
Brighton v Newcastle 0-0
West Ham v Arsenal 1-1
Villa v Spurs 1-2
All the best to fellow Clanners...
