I see that both @Mac and @Felix have posted the same score...I can only beat my fellow Clanners with a spot on result that isn't 2-1 (if Italy wins) or any England win or draw to tie their points and leave it to time of first goal for overall winner...

England 2 Italy 1 (first goal 30th minute)
All the best to fellow Clanners...stay safe and healthy...

I actually support neither team as they have gotten to the final by crooked means...sad...I know that many others try devious means to get an advantage over their opponent but the medal won or trophy raised is tarnished by such acts, as common as they are ...

I know the laser episode in the England game but what did Italy do that you think they got to the final by crooked means?

Will give one example...striker trying to milk a penalty and then seconds later up and celebrating with team-mates...

That was the funniest action of the tournament.

Yes...but also devious and, in my estimation, "crooked" behaviour...sadly, all teams in almost all professional sports engage in these antics and one of the main reasons I tend not to watch...win at all costs loses once were fans like me...guess it's the money that puts supposed glory (though hollow) over sportsmanship but to each their own...

There has been no cheating The refs have all been very good The two best teams have reached the final The idiots who boo the opposing teams national anthems need to be educated on what respect means just like the SA rugby fans who start singing Oh lay oh lay when the ABs do the haka.

Agree no successful cheating but definitely instances of attempted cheating...
