They where due for an outsider today as the results had been very good for the punters so far.
Still decent results on a big day like this.
8 favorite in the top 3.
6 favorites winning.
4 of the 5 horses who where even money or less won and the other one ran 2nd.
This is what brings the punters to play the horses and keeps them playing not when you have to use a pin to try and find the winners.
