Super Rugby 2016

I dont know what the official title is of this years comp as there are now 17 teams in it

Kicks off on the 26th Feb with a few good looking matches on offer

Brumbies play the Hurricanes
Crusaders play the Chiefs
Stormers host the Bulls

Would be interesting to see how the Argentine and Japanese sides do.

My team for this season has to be the under dog. I am going to support the Argentine side

I am not going to wind up anybody over the season and will obviously want a SA side to lift the cup at the end of the season. Does not matter which side as SA Rugby needs a boost

i also thought the Argentine team would do very well

House being built in Westbrook Beach so maybe he needs the time out to oversee construction !! On a serious note, Lambie has had at least one serious injury per year for a while now...just not physically built to take on the size of players running around now !! ??

Shame the Craigs must be devastated there goes their season........ :S

Sharks rebuilding so consitent performances will be what the fans want from them
Bulls will play the only way they know how,one dimensional brute force , the dumb oafs :whistle:
Stormers have the best chance of qualifying with a well balanced team
Lions will surprise a few again but are just not good enough at this level

The Stormers do not play one NZ team in the league. Great news. Toughest match will be away in BA against the Jaugeres who will have a very strong team in this their first season of Super rugby. Going to be interesting to see how it all pans out.

The way I read it nz teams will all be in the top 4 and so it looks too easy to make money if you can get 15/10 on a nz
