on sat at turffontein... mr mickey mouse was 18/1 but paid r11 n sum change on the tote for a win.... now that tells me something...BACK THE HORSE ON THE BOOKIES as he has found huge support on the tote!!!.... ive been doing this for a number of years now.

Some places try to intriduce market close 1 min before race start, but professional bettors disagree, and they the ones which bet most money right at start - so who to please, small bettor or big bettor ?

Below 8/1 bookmaker alwasy pay more than tote, tote is better for longshot. seem it is no solution for this tote problem anyway
