So much of excuses from the Pom scribes. Long Ashes seiries blah blah blah .
Weren't Australia in the same series and they are 2 from 2.

Ireland were matched on betfair at 400 at one stage and over 2,5 million quid was traded on Eng at both 1.01 and 1.02.

For me the best part was watching the highlights - in the interviews after the toss the Pom commentator asked Strauss in detail about England's approach and then when it was the Irish captain's turn he asked him about his hair and then said "ok play well". The Irish captain looked hacked off and victory must have been very sweet.
