Milvago in the last has a lousy draw and returns from a lay-off, but thanks to the daft rules which govern these things her merit rating is 12 pounds lower than when she won a C&D maiden by 11 lengths last time out.

You often hear the expression"talking through the pocket" in racing....the opposite is the "non'-punting" point of view,as per Magic's post..............lol
You won't ever find a successful punter,bemoaning the fact that he has found a well handicapped runner,regardless of the reason!
Coincidentally MILLVAGO's maiden win is probably about 67(depending on your view of a line horse) but the previous official rating of 68 was a TURF rating!
In spite of the draw and the rest,I am forced to have a nibble,as any losses should be recoverable,later.

It is crazy how many horses in that centre can vary their runs,by up to 20Kg,one after the other.It will be interesting to see Millvago's progress over the next few months,because a run at +- 80 is probably inevitable,but who knows when?
