Worthadd set for Royal Ascot after San Siro win
San Siro: Premio Carlo Vittadini (Group 2) 1m, turf, 3yo+.
WORTHADD (Vittorio Caruso/Mirco Demuro) followed up his Group 1 Lockinge Stakes second at Newbury with an easy all-the-way win over Vanjura, and now connections have to decide whether to supplement him for the Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot.
Worthadd had shown himself a worthy international performer by beating all bar Canford Cliffs in the Lockinge, confirming his place as Italy's top racehorse.
