@mac:
'Vaal Race 5 today.
Titano is in my book as one to follow ...'
and what of Fun City Race 1? Both jockey changes; Stable double?

I've just seen your posting. I see they both got bowled over. Oh well.

Durbanville Race 7 - my notebook has not one but two to follow - a nice race:
1. Lake Arthur - entered the notebook with a very impressive 2nd win and has run close up to some good stuff, but the knife will be out if he repeats his last run. Note - he has been gelded since last start; and
2. Taipan - a fellow clansman really raved about Taipan's maiden victory. If he is good enough for him he's good enough for me.

On todays run ,the handicapper underrated TAIPAN's maiden win by some 10 lengths!
This was impressive.

Greyville's Friday card
Race 8 conditions - two more from the notebook, and both together with Felix The Cat makes a very nice race:
1. Country Rose - Winning Form "most impressive in latest win"; and
2. Queen's Command
