If the article was in last nites Cape Argus declarations where done on Monay,why did Justin not pull her out ????? and are we missing a link here???

Just went to read the article again. Definitely scratched.

Has not been scratched with racing services yet so still a runner at the moment.

Justin Snaith reports probable favourite Gimmethegreenlight “spot on” for Sunday’s Selangor Cup and adds: “We will see then whether or not he is going to win the Cape Premier Yearling Sale Guineas.”
He entered Ebony Flyer for the 1 500m conditions plate on the same card but says she will not run and “there is no decision yet on her next race.”
However Run For It will contest the Midmar Premier Trophy on December 10. “He got tired at the end of the Engen Conditions Race but it was only his second run back and I was impressed by his turn of foot early in the straight.”

She is entered carded(no 2 drawn 4/7) at 13h00 on the 27th at Kenilworth over 1500m with Felix up and has not been scratched as of 2 mins ago.

Very much doubt whether the journo Michael Clower could have made an error here. If anything it is Justin changing his mind. The Argus is the Cape's main newspaper so for this story to have appeared is really a poor showing.
