I am confused with this horse - seems he is not a fighter, wants it his way or gives up. I could be wrong, but Azzie is good and should be able to sort him out. I won't write him off just yet.

THe problem Mr Azzie has is that he has to talk big on the horse for the price they paid for it, he can not tell everybody the horse might not be what they expect it is going to be, it will ruin his reputation as a buyer. Remember in the past Mr Azzie has bought a lot of high priced yearlings and some of them was the top priced of the sale and very few of them were actual champions. If i am wrong feel free to correct me.

Note I have respect for Mr. Azzie as a trainer and in no way I say he is not a good trainer, all I am saying he has a history of buying expensive horses who don't deliver, as has some other trainers AZZ well, but it seems that he does it more often than others IMO

I wouldn't give a brass monkey for Azzie to train .

Potala is short of top class let's face facts

At first I thought this race was cut and dry? Slumdog for me, then came GMTGL, now I am thinking of MDK and Azzie?

It's now a case of GMTGL as a banker with bad draw or load the field?

Azzie every year put himself under pressure by say he has the new champion he must learn to let the horse do the talk on the track

But why can't Azzie or anyone else boast about their potential champions. Its all part of the showbiz.
