Okay, I go look at a footie multi for the weekend...(tu)

Have taken 25/1 man u, arsenal and the Geordies half time full time and 0-0 the final at 10/1

I can't loose today:) I am a Liverpool fan and so I will be delighted if they win, but I've taken a bet on Chelski to win, so if they do, I'll be a bit richer:)

not even going to waste my time by watching it. FA Cup has been devalued for years now and its only interesting when the small clubs come up the Prmier League teams.

CnC I remember a few years back everyone had people come over and had huge FA Cup parties now it seems it is just another match. Loved watching the ETV sports news a few years back when the competition was refered to as the FACUP. <

Was always the last game of the season,now it shares the day with EPL games

as you say its just another match. Within 10 years a league will be formed with the top teams in England, Germany, Spain, Italy, Russia and Holland. The FA Cup will then be treated as the Carling Cup is nowadays. ESPN are doing their best today with the build from 1030 right through until 2000 tonite.

I remember the days when the FA Cup final was the ONLY English football game we got to see in SA, Martin Locke use to host the tv on SABC, even as a little lad it was the HIGHLIGHT of the weekend, now as Shrek pointed out its another match...:X ....Over shadowed by the Champions league now.
