U must remember that Hammies wasn't 100% on Sunday,had coughed the week before and was 50/50 if she was going to race or not.....I wouldn't read too much into Sundays race.....

Russell the nomanations were available on SA Horseracing's, online form on Friday. It is the best site to look at for early nominations. Unfortunately it made me change my entries from Tales of Bravery to Depardieu. (td)

Sometimes (most of the time?) we make the wrong choices - I was looking for an 'older classic' horse (to replace Bravura) - considered Chesalon and Top Seller (my choice in the end as I saw it was entered in the 1900) and completely ignored Tales of Bravery

But on the other hand, I think TS will stay the 2200 of the July (if he makes the field) while ToB is better over shorter imo - anyway what's done is done (tu)

Damn hindsight - I included Tajmeel who was clearly outgunned and might regret the inclusion of Depardieu as well!

I was not wrong with Le Var and Sedge - have some of Contador when final fields and betting is out!
