we are not opposition to anyone,,,we give Formgrids free to the industry,, we don’t charge anyone,, we supply the Phumelela client for free,, we give Formgrids to all sectors of the industry FREE,, that’s the part we on about, , we have found a beautiful way to display horseracing data,, the way forward,,,the reason betting is allowed on horseracing is not only to generate funds for a company like Phumelela, they use some of the cash to run the show and then they look to make a profit for their shareholders, the generated cash is also supposed to be for the health of the industry/sport,,,,Formgrids services a whole segment of participators in the game,,, this is disputed by men in positions of power, they don’t understand nor study the race results,, these men fill other functions in the game and don’t see the full picture as to the type of information needed by both the player and racing professional,,, ,,, the testimonial page of Formgrids with comments made by racings equus award winners contradicts them,,,, Formgrids is used by the Trainer, Breeder, Jockey, Jockey Agent etc, Computaform was developed by Ernie Duffield and if you read his book it’s ironic how racing bosses treated him after his great contribution to the game,, his son Peter was the racing editor of the Citizen newspaper and he sat with me on the TV show Network in 1989 warning racing bosses about the dangers of disregard for racings customer

Mister A is there any merit in a formgrid type system for sports eg football??

yes there is,, we are working on the sport grids,,,

As a tool,to analyse a racemeeting,Formgrids and Computerform complement each other,they do not compete ..............they provide a completely different perspective of form filtering IMO.
It highlights the nonsense of the suggestion that formgrids promotes the open bet................................................ any more than a Computaform.................I see more Computaforms in a bookmakers shop than laptops.............formgrids is more sophisticated in its distribution.

Rob there are 1000s of stat sites and form guides for soccer out there,that industry gives a fudge
