Mbet screwing me over

The facts are that this Pick 6 winning ticket pay-out should have been R5000.00 as this payment does not exceed the R350,000 limit in anycase. Maybe one could argue that if a full bet was taken and the pay-out was over R350.000, but still the terms and conditions should be verified, agreed to!

Maybe MBET should clarify percentage winnings on the TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Who the hell read terms and conditions on any contract in any way.....? and if you read it and being made aware of it< you should SIGN the document so that all parties know and agree to this. MBET can not just have a one-sided "contract"and force you to agree with it?

Again, proof of where I as a punter agreed to the terms & conditions as I cannot recall hitting a button stating that I accept and agree to the terms as per the MBET site/account?


Interresting to note now that I actually read the terms, MBET stated that if a punter wants to take them to court regarding any issues, YOU as the punter will be held liable for all costs.......!!!!!! again proof of their one-side policy terms and conditions!

Punter screwed again.i received a letter yesterday from William Hill saying that they have reviewed my account and have decided to close

not playing a one percent pick 6 only... you structure your bets not to lose but to win your money back if your 100%, 50% or 10% pick 6 does not arrive!........

so why have bettibg shops like MBET and Hollywood than if the full payment divident is only paid by TAB/Gold Circle? (without limits and hidden taxes)

got paid R3269.40 for the 1% pick 6 last night. Official divident was + R500 000.00

The rules and conditions are there for all to see, why not just take your exotics on the tote, that way you won't have this problem again...

Try Betxchange ! As far as i know they follow the tote payouts to the tee but exotics close 5 min before the off!

Interbet have a tote where u get the full dividend,as paid by the tote and u also get the best prices with the bookies. Best betting site and co by far!! U can also bet on the mobile phone and u will be able to watch the course tv of the races soon.

With respect Saint, just been to the MBET website and the link for the Terms & Conditions are clearly placed at the top of the page in the blue line. As far as limits go, pretty much all the bookies have limits relating to open bet payouts, yes even Hollywood, World of Sport and BetXchange. If we don't like the limits, then we can place bets on the Tote or with Interbet. The choice is ours...

The T&C's should be the first thing you read when opening an account.The "arguments" put forward are emotional however unfortunately you have "no leg to stand on" in the legal sense.
