lmao < Bud, I only know Hwood and I am pretty sure their yankee covers doubles and upwards. Why they can't give you bet options of patent, yankee, canadian etc is beyond me, farcical betting "slips" you have in SA! But, then I suppose it fits in perfectly with some of the other embarrassments in SA racing (like the stalls to name but one!!)

Having looked at the weather forecast for both centres.... it is time to start looking what is available in the UK. What odds will the bookies give for a double abandonment ??

I see on sahorseracing.co.za 5mm fell in the last 24 hours which is not alot. It is parlty cloudy at present. If yesterday was anything to go by we could get thundershowers around 3:30 - 4:00. Then the meeting might not be completed.

I think someone was asking about where to find reasons for scratchings the other day, I see on the site Shrek (morning bud ) mentions that reasons are stated there, just go through the online form guide option and choose your meeting, goes straight onto a details page.

Shot Shrek. Just went through the card very quickly... some competitive racing. Has Mr Tobin gone off form? If so, that race is wide open. Formation...same can be asked but with less validity. My idea of a likely double is Uncle Tommy / New York.... a very respectable 29/1 at present.
