Certainly a big improver - on a line through Gitiano and No Worries, by my calcs both CTN and V ran to 104 - which would mean that CTN ran 6 points below his rating - comments?

Frodo,I agree with your assessment.I decided that Capetown Noir would not be my line horse in the guineas for that reason exactly......time will tell but that might be one of those races that causes a few over inflated ratings for a while! (I rated both the 1st 2 @105 on the day but of course both could still be on the up)

i think ctn is over-rated, he's somewhere closer to a 101 imo

Won extremely well and quickened up at Greyville tight track like a horse that is way above average........it has gone into my black book along with General Sherman that got going VERY nicely over the 1900m

If MDK decides to supplement the 2nd horse I don't think any in the 1900 field will beat him.

If MDK decides to supplement the 2nd horse I don't think any in the 1900 field will beat him.
