and from this what do we deduce about Julie and Vicky? Are the provinces of Gauteng and WC full of lady punters? Deez has done a great deal for racing and it is sad that his name is tarnished for no good reason

Is Deez a Doctor as well now? fuck me he was emailing me Racing South Africa stuff at 3am the other morning ,hope he doesnt harm himself for working too hard..

Deez is a very pleasant guy that gets on very well with jockeys, trainers and especially punters. But as a judge he has a long way to go before being comparable to someone like Laff.

Regarding the appointment of Miss Minott and the young ex jockette whose name escapes me for now,I feel it is in line with their desire to attract the youth to the sport.
Their recent introduction to Gauteng could be viewed two fold;to gain experience (cape racing has gone a bit quiet ) and to inject new blood to the Gauteng product.
Concerning my comments around Deez this was wrong and my apologies to him and his followers.But my question remains and until now unanswered.That he is a servant to the game is very obvious to any one.But as FC rightly points out he has something to find.Having said all that its my opinion that the quartet of Laafalaff the Peters and Deez is Teletracks best product by a mile.It might just prove a point that I'm having.
Whilst I am under no illusion that the decision to give notice to Kom to vacate the stables isn't exactly what LG says,I would be at pains to agree that racing in our country has transformed to any sensible levels

You guys can't be saying that having an opinion different to yours isnt on

Bh and fc I disagree completely about ur statement regarding Dees, in which aspect of his presenting skills does he need to catch up with laff my opinion is he certainly tips US many more winners also finds much value and does not just look at top 3 in betting .Yes I enjoy laffs humor and value his opinions but remember this laff has travelled around the world gaining much knowledge and has been in this game all his young life from the opportunities given to Dees I must say he has done extremely well.

My point indeed Mr P.
But whether Deez is as good a judge as Laff is debatable

Bh there is no substitute for experience laff has obviously an advantage there all I'm saying theres no need to make any negative comment regarding his ability or compare him to others because if other presenters were coming from same background would they have done better, I know u mean no disrespect to Dees but sometimes some of the comments people make here come across differently
