Why not add Uncle Tommy, seems to be a popular choice for most, 17.5/1 the treble.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Agree with Shrek on UT, I was weary of Distinguished but with that one now scratched looks very very difficult to oppose UT

I have a strong fancy for lizzy grey today - striker on board (tu), extra distance(tu), 2nd run after rest(tu).

I like too CR but was a little put off by the podcast. GVZ says outside chance of a win and I am pretty sure he says that she had her first run on the sand lto, which she didn't, this will be her sand debut. Not trying to have a go at him but surely if you are doing a podcast you should know/check these things and if he really thought the horse had a decent chance, surely he would know it is her sand debut and be optimistic of her chances of running well on the surface? And it is a competitive race, would not surprise me to see Dragon Vein put in a much improved effort back against her own sex.

Maybe do an e/w double with the other GVZ runner, she's called Lyford Cay and goes in the 6th. Very good effort lto and has chances of going one better here me thinks :)o Its another competitive race though and of the other contenders the one that I am drawn to most is Aloha Bay.

Probably going to end up with egg all over my face again, but I think Uncle Tommy is beatable - has never won over this trip (alhough his 2nd behind Here Comes Billy was a very good run) - I know he looks a penalty kick at the weights - so why is he not odds-on - I see the money has now come, so maybe the bookies were in a generous mood earlier

I agree that Storm Surf could struggle to give Panjo 4 kg's - and Decameron (apart from last time out behind Killua Castle) also looks well in with P at the weights - all in all this card has me stumped and I make it very competitve

Enjoy (tu)

Frodo, UT has won 5 times (and 5 seconds) in 17 d runs and only c/d effort was the second to Here Comes Billy which, as you say, was a pretty good effort
