Kenilworth Saturday 9/11/13

I dont know if you have ever been into a bookies in the UK . Not the little one off private firms but the big firms. Its always clean, informative enough coupons, no swearing, service with a smile, prompt payment. Same goes with outlets in NZ, Australia. Maybe its just SA who have that problem. It all stems from attitude and customer service. They obviously still dont understand that the customer is and has been and will be King forever until eternity

The customer leaves and they dont have a job. Somebody should drum that into their little heads.

I feel gutted by Jumpstart's antics:X

Race 7 - I've taken places on Zacharias .

Zacharias won well over 1400m 2 runs back , and held form over 1200m last time when out at the weights .

Today is again out at the weights but does look a progressive sort .

Let me try and be positive again, trying to close the treble :-
