Another 5mls overnight. Not what we needed coupled with no sun or wind to dry the track out. PS. It is abandoned. Pen 45 on the turn. No chance of racing.:(

The pen reading down the straight varies between 30-35. Maxed we have missed plenty work here at Summerveld. There is a good possibility that the Clairwood meeting on the 21st might have to go to Scottsville as Clairwood is waterlogged and the forecast is not good. Even Scottsville could not take tomorrow, Thursday, Saturday and Monday racing. Just for good measure it is drizzling in Pietermaritzburg now.
