Interesting question - in theory I suppose a horse could 'soon' be having 3 different ratings :S

Very interesting question................In the UK sand and Polytrack have the same rating under the umbrella "All Weather"

So far ,results on Polytrack locally suggest form is nearer to turf!

Rob in the UK allweather racing means loads for polytrack and a few sand meetings so most all weather and turf runs are treated as colateral form.And only if a horse is figured to be significantly better on a surface does it recieve a seperate rating...

maybe 4 as the Kim sand is not anything like the Vaal or poly
