this witness to me is actually under the circumstances actually very credible

the defence advocate roux in my opinion albeit that he makes the big bucks is actually a dumb arse hole

it is he who is not credible although he is not on trial nor is the witness

this trial has just started and already in my humble opinion its a joke never mind the states advocate obecting once or twice so far the judge with respect seems clueless as to what is going on around her advovate roux is trying pathetically to discredit this witness but to no avail why does the judge not put a stop to this nonsense and move on

the witness michelle kruger is actually making a fool out of advocate roux continiuos cross examination and she has clearly and continiously handled his baggering with consumate

Agree Owie ............Roux should have quit while there was doubt.............she has come back strong IMO.

Tell you what the defence team will need some of the Kimberley Jungle Juice,if they cross examine every witness the same way...

I think the public are now getting an idea of how the law works/ does not work which can only be positive (Racing inquirys and objections should also be broadcast I think)
