No horses were making it up from the back today. Couldn't really tell if Gift lost ground at the start or not?

It's very hard to be critical of The Shams and there stable jockey. They put so much into the game.
I feel for the owners, especially Bob.Sound Surround was the best horse in that race, nothing
went right for it on these tight turns and it's nearly in the car park coming down the straight.
Has Gift ever won on SS,maybe they ain't suited to each other,no offence intended.

Another great day for the tote. Carryover P6 of around R440k. This gets added to the next pool and they have already taken 25%. Gonna take another 25% on the next pool. Hope I am wrong?

The best horse doesn't always win the race.

Wasn't being critical, just wasn't sure if being loaded so early lost a bit of ground and position early on. I have that little RA screen to look at.
