No doubt top top ride by the winner.. Just bitter the 3 cud not run in the top 4 and close my 60/1 trebble.

I have raised this same issue in the past - no person should have physical contact with the jock or any of his equipment until he/she had weighed in!
Unfortunately regulation is limited to taking specimens and the odd ,and inconsistent,exuberant show of authority(eg Khumalo)
I am all for stronger regulation but the lack of consistency is a concern!
