I stand to correction, but I do believe that the job a stipe is to identify inconsistency in running.

Key reason we have stripes, and if they do not take necessary action, could this not fall under dereliction of duty, which is punishable by law.

I have had correspondence with the NHA on the subject ...................if you read it you would know why we are wasting our time!
You must remember that it suits the operators to have extremely unpredictable form.........big dividends hide the lack of value on tote betting.
It is why they continue to make winning more difficult..........bigger payouts are all very well but to much fewer winners!!

That number 14 horse should never have been loaded ind 1st place, its because of da delay that ds horse caused that my 5% p6 is in da bin. The fav only flippedbecause of the time it was in dagate. 14 was given jocktrouble from the canter down.
