I wouldn't discount the chances of Allenby Park, he ran in a feature race on debut and was slow away, so he's finishing distance looks a lot better than first meets the eye. Besides which, it doesn't take much to move a first timer. If there is a follow through on course for Master Of Rock, then he'd be the right one, but I wouldn't empty out on this one, we all know how 2 year old can improve from one race to another.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

word of caution.....Mof ROCK....IS A TOP SORT...went to cape town with driers string,showed useful work..things went a little sour there....and came back to durban unraced...word is he is 1 gallop short..otherwise it would have been worth a bet...so whilst its not been said he cant win(because he does have the class),the word is he will be better after todays run...to add to the mix..the Mawing horse is fancied to kill as well

5/1 into 12/10.......i dont think there's much more of a follow through. The price is gone. From my experience, when the money is down for the Drier stable, Cormack brings them home.

Never ceases to amaze me how much pre-race talk there is here on first timers, 4/1 have a bet if you think it has a chance, 6/4 leave it the fark alone cos the stats I'm sure will tell you, not many of them win.
Bayern is right imo, MoR could win by 10l but at the current prices, I would rather include the proven Allenby Park in any accumulators, though I will probably choose to avoid the race completely for betting purposes as that often proves the smart move in these races.
Do clanners have so little faith in their own ability to find a horse with form in other races that they have to rely on these first timers with their whispers and shortening odds, the latter frequently being caused by "false" support?
Shakes head sadly and disappears to study for another loser... (

Shrek, pretty good motto bud, can't believe you thought it up so who did ya steal it from?

You could have spent this time trying to find a winner. .. Your above post aint true firstly. We have been making reference to the horse. Nothing wrong with that.

Yeah thanks for that Dean but taking a short break, about to look at Fairview Race 5 so I think I still have a bit of time in hand (
)
And nothing wrong with it no, of course not, everyone is entitled to do as they please, just as I am entitled to say it amazes me!
