How is it possible to have a server down so often and for so long - I have changed my mind about them doing a fixed price tote -exchanges don't work without reliable systems so being managed by this lot would never work!

It makes so much sense to make your ON-LINE business the focus for the future - Less overheads with staff, rent - less cash etc Why is this not THE priority considering how poor this has been for years and years?
Better not worry about your competition when you do more damage to your product then they could ever do
