Not wrong Bob. That horse has been put up 100s of time on here but we are supposed to know it will suddenly perform over 1000?
Unacceptable number of loose horses today, cost me an idiot and two potential decent doubles already. Really frustrating.

Let's be nice and say Danielson was unlucky but watch for Sir Duke, loads of horse not used there, travelled about 200m cantering with nowhere to go and the jock not looking for anywhere to go

Maybe so Bob but watch the race again. Sir Duke "would" have had that sewn up before the winner even got going. Another frustration on a frustrating day lol

Asgard had been dropped 12 points or 6 Kg/4lgths which shows the folly of reducing ability ratings as if they were fitness/soundness ratings!!!!
Lucky for the books, the opportunity was missed cos if that horse had been in a handicap it would/should have won by a street, and if the stable had anticipated the improvement ,a coup would have been on the cards!
The only benefit of running in a plate was the horse looked a no hoper "at the weights" (sic) but it doesn't appear that any advantage was taken.
