BENOORDENHOUT in the last at Lingfield has a strong finish which is great at that track but its an apprentice race which holds me back a bit with my outlay. But at 11/1 I think that its got a squeak so an each way is the way that I am going. Maybe also play Club House in a reverse forecast

KYRENIA CASTLE has the next at Kempton at his door. All he has to do is open it and there will be a 1 behind his name when he is carded to run after this race

that's it after a sabbatical of 5 weeks I started punting again from Monday collecting a few winners but now its all back in the account of the bookies. Back on the path of the righteous and no more punting for a while

Dundalk R7 Headlong E/W. Improving 3yo who ran well behind a subsequent winner here last time. Step up in distance should suit and this isn't a very strong race. Every chance of being in the first three at around 7/1.
