One of the reasons I am looking forward to the sand closure is that the absolutely amazing form turnarounds have slowly become accepted, almost as a matter of course,as it appears that the industry ,including regulators, have been conditioned to "Oh Well, that's sand racing"..........well the sooner its over the better for me!

Rob what did you think of the ride given Lord Windsor in the last ? Plenty effort but for the life of me I will never understand jockeys that put horses in places that are patently at a disadvantage ( inside going )

I would like to see rides examined against things like "best going" ,"previous good runs" "running wide" etc etc and then finding out what the riding instructions were..................I am sure ,as punters ,we often would like to ask ............and its the NHA's job to do it for us!...............Would make interesting reading sometimes I think!
