What does one make of the jockey change here?

Don't think it mattered - Poor horse has never been the same since he broke his jaw.

The chances of a fancied horse being scratched at the start seems certainly higher in SA than anywhere else that they show on Tellytrack(even Ngong...........lol) :dry:
