Thanks all....got out of sick bed to go play bowls...battled to kick arse...I was an MR118 playing an MR80 at level weights and got up by a half length...

Each to his own I know, but to have a meeting on a Saturday for work-riders with 8 maiden races I can never get exited about - and to say that 'form' results prevailed also debatable - of the 8 quartets, only 2 returned less than 1k (and one of those was a race where the odds-on shot was a pointer) - JP returned almost 2k and P6 87k - anyway I enjoyed the Kenilworth card and made a slight profit even though my write up produced 3 unplaced runners
