shocking and most frustration day to try and lay bets on the internet , when I see this sign" an error has occurred and we apologise " again, my laptop will end up in swimming pool .
It took me on average 25 minutes to try to lay bets , error , reboot, error , reboot , restart .
Me think its is time to take money from account , close account and lay bets over counter with my friendly bookmaker

It has not been a good day for Hollywood with regards to the speed and functionality of our website and mobisite. Unfortunately our system was overwhelmed with the amount of bets being struck, and hence there was a slow down and errors occuring. All our clients across the board were affected. We apologize for the inconvenience caused today, and although its easy to say sorry, we can assure you we will work tirelessly to make sure we get this right.

Hi Rob, I can assure you that we share your sentiment, and that our development team is absolutely gutted by our performance today and how we let our clients down. It is not the standards we hold ourselves to, and we know we our clients deserve better than this. We will be dismantling how today went and how we can avoid it going forward.

Today I nearly throw my cell phone in the sea,i was so frustrated it drove me mad ,I had had enough, there one thing I hate is when my family listen to my bets and I had to ph in, I hate that, you better sort this out soon, and I love Hollywood, but I'm used to divorce as well.

Just a question politely, Dev:

How is it that other sports betting sites and the tote remain usually stable and working on big race days, whilst it has been pretty reasonable to assume that the Hollywoodbets site may freeze or this happen?

It's my observation/ perception. Is it because you have way too many online customers than other sports betting sites, an unreliable platform, a team that doesn't predict/ plan for these days, cheaper methods being more expensive, or just misfortune? Not sure how much turnover the website generates compared to physically placed bets at your shops vs say, lucky numbers turnover... But, this is where your branding and reputation is most affected and recorded on the web. Suggest serious discussion about getting by the site fixed, and regaining patron trust on future big days.

Despite the criticisms, HW remains far more competitive, customer responsive and fresh thinking than most/ all other sportsbetting operators.

However perceptions in customers minds change with different competitor advantage strategies.
