His was also called in for another ride earlier in the week on a De Kock horse - I think that if it was a workrider he would have got a sanction ... I personally think the ride was completely unprofessional and on such a short priced horse he should have been concentrating on winning first before looking over his shoulders thinking he was on Flaming Rock -[/quote]

.....why should anybody....he pleaded guilty and admitted he gave a bad ride......he should go to whoever gave him the idea to do such a thing and ask them to pay his bills..... :oops:

Muhtiman, when apprentice L Hewitson reported that TAPENZEE pulled the bit through its mouth and as a consequence of this hung out badly and proved difficult to assist he didn't get slapped with a 90 day ban.

.....ja but then James Maree who was in the hearing with Semela should have pleaded not guilty and blamed the horse citing a difficult ride.....which they did not.....instead pleaded guilty and by doing so no further inquiry......had they pleaded not guilty there would have been further investigation....
