I went to apply for a government pension,,,got turned down. a whole lot of questions was asked about transactions on the bank statements....Hollywood, Interbet, WSB, etc

So,,, I am officially a pensioner without any rights....SAD
and btw because my wife and I are married COP she also does not qualify (she turned 60 in July)

It may have something to do with the "Needs Test". A colleague of mine who retired about 2 months back, also doesn't qualify for a Government Pension because he is considered "well off".

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Well ,,,not so I guess.

According to them they are credits on the bank statement, so that is regarded as an earning.

Hint:
Keep 2 bank accounts. When they ask for the last 6 months of statements,,,give them the one that has very little money coming into the account. If they ask where those credits are from,,,tell them them that your children supports you whenever they can.
