Coral Queen an 1/1 favourite with some question marks - will likely win, but I cannot have the odds

Well that was not what I expected, heart in my throat -- think I've had enough for the day --- cannot take more of that! Was a ffar better price than I counted on though

Coral Queen was the closest I could get to a qualifying bet today - and it had it's rough edges. Everything else is dicy today.....unless I see the market indicating any real value.
Race 9: Should serve up a cracking pace - which leaves Into The Groove and Kahula as the main contenders.Shirley Valentine and Jay Jay's Girl could also be in the shake up - Instructions to appy C Bantam, track Kahula and move when she moves, and should have a length or two spare at the line. If there's no pace - I have no clues

Races like this which depend on pace , can end up disastrous.

Monte Christo must have a good chance of reversing the placing with Mr Roy today. Gets an extra kilo from Mr Roy on paper should finish ahead of him, or so the numbers tell us.
Last Tiger is dropping in class and has a 50% strike rate over course and distance, and distance. I'm not so sure this horse is running to a MR 96, certainly not over the 1400m. If this is correct, then he is conceding more weight than he has too, to Monte Christo.
Against Monte Christo, he tends to be slow away, so from draw 3, if slow away, he'll be chasing the leaders again, not ideal.
Conversely, if he gets away on terms and can get first run on the field, off that weight coupled with a tail wind, he should pull this off.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
