e) All the riders who participated in this Race appeared before the Board individually and were questioned with regard to their riding instructions and the racing tactics applied during the running of this Race. Having gathered all the information, the Board has adjourned to review the evidence.

If we are ever told what the jockeys said in their defense and what the Stipes saw as evidence, the answer will be most probably say:
After having reviewed the evidence and hearing the jockeys explanations for their rides, the board found nothing untoward and decide that no inquiry should ensue. :sick: If the finding is as I have suggested, the problem is that the punter and everyone else will be left in the dark. We need reasons.

Yes , that's max points handicapper can give him in a handicap. But he actually ran to a 121 rating if the 2nd horse can be relied upon as linehorse but only if it was a true run race . We all know it was a cape crawl and a line can be drawn throughout this whole race . They even slowed the pace more down during 2nd part of the race if you break the race up in 3 stages.
It's clear it was a false run race and he will never be the same rated as Legal Eagle at 121 .

It was exiting and very bizarre to see , but don't expect him to be next superstar stayer.

If he takes his place at Turffontein he might jump the rail and land in the boxes/Wemmer Pan or the dump - - Seriously though I doubt he will repeat that run or that the jock will be brave enough again just to let him run his own race -
