Kyle i know there was a delay with paok fc vs olympiakos match 25/2 but appears to have been played
should be paying double paok fc and Valencia

Hi mydada,

It seems that fixture did not take place. We have a 36hr rule with postponed matches. If they haven't played within 36hrs of the original time, then we scratch the market. I see that our traders have abandoned the fixture at 7:30 this morning as per our 36hr rule (Game originally scheduled for 19:30 on the 25/02). Please PM me if you have evidence of this fixture taking place as you have stated.

Very Interesting to see and note so many complaints ref Hollywoodbets.... At least I know I am not the ONLY one with such poor and dismal service.

Anyone else noticed that there are NO/ZERO pay outs for this Morning... Despite numerous e mails etc nothing has been done. NOT EVEN A CALL...

Mistakes an errors happen, and odd gremlins do creep in... BUT nothing for over 5 hours !!!!!!!
Not very professional at all !!!!!!!!

i think that when you have 2 hundred thousand clients and there are ten thousand problems then you are quite correct in saying that there were a few problems.

After bets are struck and funds depleted u still show the initial balance.

Next thing u will tell i owe u money and show the account in a minus.

And i wount give my account number just rectify the problem.

Lots of ppl r complaining about this.

Also i was told that HW change a winning bet to a losing one and refund the stake ?

I hope its not true
