Should say big Thank You to Heinrich...
Just followed your advice of identifying the pace in the race.
Hopefully more good days to come....

no thanks needed. Now you should just redo the races and try and understand WHY you did well...what happened in the races. Sectional times together with pace of the race can be an 'edge' like no other if UNDERSTOOD properly. Just need to ask 'why'. Having loads and loads of Data helps alot...the HKJC website has it all. Hope your form continues.
On a side Note...If you want to get better still...STUDY the race result of VAAL RACE 6....the last 2 runs of QUEBEC QUEEN...and why it beat FLOWING GOWN again despite the weight turnaround. If and when you understand WHY that happened....you will understand HK racing even better.

Still trying to get to the bottom of sectional times but I will get there some day...
As for the S.A. race... a difficult assignment at best as I haven't even looked at a race card since January...
Keep the advice coming though....

Nah,i meant look at that particular instance.Theres alot in those 2 last races of QQ that applies to HK racing. With HK its much easier to spot with the use of the times.Just a matter of how motivated 1 is...what 1 wants from it

Race 5
With Happy Valley ANYTHING drawn in gate 1 over 1200m looks a winner. Interesting to see if Alcari (17/10) will be hard to beat. Amazing (7/2) might have improved remarkably after posting some fast ( last) sectionals when last seen 9 months ago. Prince Harmony is well weighted to go all the way and plotting a Jackpot upset.

Happy Valley 28 March 2018
JM benefit day it seems...
Race 4
California Whip looks htb here on his recent good performances but I will be hoping FABULOUS ONE manages to run two good races in a row, maintain his fast early speed and go from gun to tape ... my value bet.

Race 8
Most difficult race to close the day...
Fancied BRING IT ON lto but perhaps the drop in trip did not suit him. He has a good record over 1800 and with a likely fast pace I am hoping he will be delivering his usual late kick on.
