Stan’s numbers

Race 2: Hollywood Belle makes her debut- she had a few annoying setbacks or else she would have run some months ago. She has had two grass gallops and shows ability, and we are expecting a good run, but she will no doubt come on from this experience.
I have a breeder's interest in Vase- she is overdue a maiden win and is the one to beat here.
There are a couple of other well bred first timers that could pop up.
China Wolf ran a fair race last time after being slow away, and if she jumps on terms should be in the shakeup with the 4kg allowance. Bubzee Girl showed ability in her first two runs, and returns from a 15 month break, so her fitness level is unknown.
Race 8:Parade March ran on nicely last time, but again suffers a wide draw. The older horses have a weight advantage, and of the other 2 year olds, all get poor draws except Black Indy.
We need some juvenile races around the turn so that we don't have to try to take on the older horses with these promising babies, but nothing in the program.
Giant Flag has soundness issues, and was disappointing last time when fancied. He is unreliable but if repeating his penultimate could win.
Grand Silvano showed great improvement at his second start and is the one to beat, but also has a wide draw to overcome.

Not a good start for most to this meeting.GVN in the first couldn't get a run till late and the favorite in the 2nd maybe not all right as Bernard didn't try too hard.

I like PADDINGTON a lot in Race 3.
