Include Oratio race 5 in larger perms quartets and follow if he runs unplaced - was dropped an astounding 10 points from last start 11 June(62MR) - Last won when rated 60 - 52 now. I'm all for adjusting ratings but a look at this horse will see that he's been beaten double digits since October 2017 - surely a gradual drop is the more intelligent thing to do to protect punters than a sudden massive drop!! I doubt he'll earn because of the draw but I am forced to include this horse because of the massive re rating!!
