Race one--- Not sure . Khumalo or Striker.

On form I would prefer the Khumalo mount but Striker mount is supported as well.

Anyone with any confidence ?

I feel that STORMBORNE THUNDER is unexposed and has the beating of the field.

I may add DOREEN FALLS, who is rated by the de Kock stable.

My bet for race 1

R5 Swell Time looks to have a sound chance imo, though definitely a competitive race. If the last race has brought Drum Fire forward in leaps and bounds then must also have a chance but no knowing if that is the case!

R8 Plenty of negatives but I've thrown a couple of rand e/w at the complete outsider Blue Sage. Has been drawn in the outside two in its last three starts all around Turf's inside track, although admittedly not in the largest of fields. A lengthy break split those runs with another poor draw and a "not striding out". On 4th run after that rest and finally cracking a good draw its worth throwing pence at it on the off-chance the draw helps him to return to the form which would give him a shout here. Maneater another considered,
