Can Smith and McKenzie repeat what Steve Waugh and Blewitt did at the Wanderers some time ago and bat the whole day? Or have i just thrown a jonnah in the works

It will be interesting to see Pietersens reaction if Smith gets a hundred. Will he go up to him and shake his hand or will he applaud or will he do nothing?

Do you guys dislike Pietersen because he left SA to play for England or because he is a nob?

Strauss left a long time ago. Catt I believe could net get a game in the EP side at rugby and this Matt Stevens who plays prop is crap. I suppose you cannot blame Lamb and Robin Smith for playing for England as at the time SA were not playing international cricket..having said that I wonder how many runs someone like Pollock and Richards would have made..not as many as Ponting and Tendulkar given the fact that those days they did not play as much Test cricket as they do today. Their batting averages would ahve been very good though.

just watched an interview with Smith and reading between the lines he is hoping that SA can wipe the deficit in the morning then bat until tea and have a go at England. Who knows. I took 80/1 on SA to win about 4 hours ago they are now 100/1. Worth a small punt to have interest tomorrow.

Draw - lol! As I've been saying since Thursday.

I'd take what's said about having 'ago' after tea with a pinch of salt Mori.

After making Eng bat first, then redeeming himself with a great knock today, the last thing he needs is to jump back into the fire - lol!

In fact the ONLY way Eng can win is if SA DO have a go!

So it's still DRAW for me, Jim.

If SA come out of this match all square and the Headingley Test is rain free then I think that SA will win the second test as they will have the momentum. I am sure that England thought that this would be over and done with today. Yesterday Botham was talking about playing golf on Monday..but thats him the eternal optimist. Scotland are on the verge of winning their Test match v Bermuda.

I believe so, yet last evening they announced that there were 800 tickets going on sale for todays play at £75 and £80 a ticket. Unbelievable what they charge at Lords. London has to be the most expensive place in the world to watch sport ( never mind the price one has to pay to watch Arsenal).
